Seller Policies
Rules for everyone selling on Market Hub. Break them and the listing, or the account, can go.
You can sell
- Goods you own: new, used, or refurbished.
- Services you can actually do.
- Property you are allowed to advertise.
You cannot sell
- Fakes, stolen goods, weapons, recreational drugs, or anything you are not licensed to sell.
- Live animals (except adoptions we have cleared), adult sexual services, or anything involving minors.
- Hate or violence as a product.
Be straight
- Photos of the actual item. Condition must match.
- The price on the ad is the asking price — no extra “fees” sprung after the buyer agrees.
- WhatsApp and phone on the listing are allowed. Do not harvest buyer numbers to spam them.
- No harassment in chat.
If we act
- We can hide a listing, pull the verified badge, suspend, or ban.
- Appeal: email support@markethubafrica.com with your account email and the listing link.
