Buying
- Search with brand + model. Filter by city and price.
- On the listing: Message, WhatsApp, or Call — depending what the seller added.
- Heart icon saves the ad to Wishlist.
- No reply after a day? Try another seller. There is usually a similar ad.
Selling
- Post Ad (or + on the phone). Photos, details, publish — live immediately.
- A paid boost can sit on “pending” until payment is checked. The ad itself is already live.
- Edit or delete from Dashboard → My Listings.
- If search is not showing it: check it is not Sold, and that photos finished uploading.
Account
- Forgot password: use the link on the sign-in page.
- Two-factor: Settings → Security, if you want it.
- Delete account: Settings. Or email support@markethubafrica.com from the address on the account.
