How to Reach Us

  • Email: support@markethubafrica.com — single inbox for everything (account help, listing issues, moderation appeals, refund mediation, privacy requests, legal queries, press / partnerships).
  • In-app: open Dashboard → Messages and search "MarketHub Team".

What to Include in Your Message

  • Your MarketHub account email — helps us find your records faster.
  • The listing or user ID (visible at the end of any URL) if your issue involves a specific item or person.
  • A screenshot or short screen recording of the problem — speeds up triage dramatically.
  • Your country — helps us route to the right moderation team and time-zone-aware responder.
  • For urgent issues (account locked, scam in progress, payment fraud): include "urgent" in the subject line.

Response Times

  • Account access (locked out, password reset, 2FA recovery): within 4 hours on business days.
  • Moderation appeals (listing removed, account suspended): within 24 hours.
  • Refund / dispute mediation: within 48 hours.
  • Privacy & data requests (export, deletion, GDPR / POPIA / NDPA): within 30 days, usually within 5 business days.
  • Partnership / press inquiries: within 5 business days.
